As a dual-certified Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator (FAE & SHE), I am passionate about bridging the gap between women’s health and practical education. I received my certification from The Well: School of Body Literacy—one of the few programs accredited by the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals (AFAP).

I specialize in helping women understand the "why" behind their symptoms and cycles. Whether you are looking to avoid pregnancy naturally, trying to conceive, or simply want to monitor your health, I provide the expert guidance and support that you need to succeed.

Personally, I credit FAM with giving me healthy kids, time between kids, freedom from hormonal interference, confidence in my cycles and physiology, and the power to evaluate my health from day to day. This is knowledge worth sharing with the world.
